Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All orders are shipped from Melbourne, VIC.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location, typically between 7–14 business days. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. If your tracking information has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, please contact us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We offer free return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
